Train collides in Uttar Pradesh

Sonbhadra, (Uttar Pradesh), Apr. 3 (ANI): A passenger train rammed into another one waiting at a station in Uttar Pradesh state on Thursday fearing two dead and many injured.

The accident took place near the Obra Dam railway station in Sonbhadra district when Katni passenger train collided with Varanasi-Shaktinagar intercity that was waiting for the green signal.

Rescue teams struggled to locate and remove bodies from the wreckage.

Injured passengers were taken to nearby hospitals. (ANI)
